This wedding was held at Hyatt Gainey Ranch and the reception was in the Arizona Grand Ballroom.  This was a traditional Hindu wedding.  The groom rode to the wedding on a white horse.  It took thirty minutes for the groom to get from the parking lot to the wedding.  The parking lot was full of guests and the DJ had placed large speakers in the back of an SUV.  Music played and guests danced until the horse got to the venue.

After the wedding reception, the cocktail hour lasted two hours, which was the busiest time for us that night.  We were located in a perfect place so no matter what, guests had to pass us.  On their way to wherever they needed to go, they would stop and have their pictures taken.
